RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within a specified timeframe for a refund or exchange.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Log in to your account at webesharin.com.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label and instructions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Final sale items, personalized products, and certain accessories cannot be returned.
REFUND PROCESS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order at webesharin.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
